This was the best place in Colesberg over years of experience staying overnight in the town.
Received us so warmly, nice treats in the room. And the restaurant's food she suggested was delicious and very convenient with the delivery.

The room was clean and tidy. The locking canopy for our car was very reassuring. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Friendly, secure, safe. Comfortable, lights worked during load shedding which was great. Wi-Fi was available but so slow we couldn't use it, able to use our phones instead. Decoder wasn't working but eventually managed to reset it and was able to watch a movie. Bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep after a long drive, and secure lock up so we didn't need to unload all of our luggage.

We had intermittent connectivity to the guest house WiFi in our room and the speed when connected made it almost impossible to use.

I travelled to PE from Pretoria. My car was full of personal items. The onsite, safe lockup garage facility was perfect. The manageress was professional and supportive. The room was as advertised and offered all you needed. The electric blanket was a huge bonus. Access to 24hr KFC around the corner was great. I would stay here again as it's well positioned and caters for your needs as advertised.

After driving for a long time there was nothing better than the place. There is a swimming pool, a braai area, and they give suggestions for the restaurants for dinner. They provide a delicious breakfast and it was so easy to check in and check out! 10/10.

Colesview was a pleasant surprise - clean, comfortable and a pleasant overnight break. It is a bit close to the N1 interchange so can be a bit noisy. It did not bother us unduly. We will probably make this a regular stopover.
The unit we stayed in was good apart from not having a close-able wardrobe. The electricity connections are very scary as it seems that it all draws power from one plug/source.

After booking and paying, upon arrival we were told they made double bookings and they did not have room for us.

This is our second time and were pleased with the rooms, cleanliness and basic value for money. The guesthouse is well looked after and is comfortable and clean. The pillows on the bed may be replaced with firmer pillows. We only booked the room and did not make use of the breakfast option.

My daughter and I slept over en route from Cape Town to Gauteng. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room which was spotless. All the remotes for air-conditioner and TV were explained. In the room tea and coffee was available and a small container of sherry (nice touch). Neighbourhood is quiet and we slept peacefully. After a scrumptious breakfast we departed and will definitely return in the near future.

What a lovely place! It was lovely to be able to stay here twice! It's peaceful here and close to the N1, but without the traffic noise. At sunset you look out over the mountain and it is beautiful. The unit we stayed in was perfect with a double bed and 2 single beds that makes it nice for a family of 4. Will make use of this again when we go down to Cape Town or if we need to overnight somewhere. A must if you're driving down from Cape Town.

Our rooms with a view can accommodate 25 people in 8 stylishly decorated, well-equipped bedrooms. The rooms all have separate entrances and sleep from 2 to 6 people, all with en-suite bathrooms (either with bath, shower or both). The rooms are all equipped with double or twin beds, boasting comfortable mattresses, crisp linen, ceiling fans, air-conditioners, heaters, televisions with DStv, electric blankets in winter, fridges, wall safes, microwaves, toasters, basic cutlery and crockery and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. Cots, hairdryers and extra mattresses are all available on request.
All tariffs include a Continental Breakfast in your room-cereal, yoghurt, fruit, muffin, juice, cheese, bread and spreads.
There is a TV lounge to relax in after a hard day's travelling, as well as a sparkling pool to cool off in and a barbeque area where you can braai or lounge in the sun and get into the holiday spirit. We have secure, undercover lock-up parking available, an electrified perimeter fence, as well as sufficient fridge and freezer space for your perishable items.
